Incident Management Handbook (IMH)
The IMH is a tool for responders to use while performing their assigned role in an emergency. The IMH provides a quick reference to Incident Command System Processes, roles and responsibilities of the IMT, planning processes, sample objectives, and how to plan and execute operations. We have provided a copy of the USCG IMH for reference, this IMH is most commonly used between industry and Federal agencies.

True Cost of Response
The “True Cost of Response” presentation slide is designed to articulate the liabilities and costs incurred during and after an incident. The slide allows a presenter to highlight the “costs” for the response “what you see” and the underlying liabilities an organization could be faced with “what you don’t see”. An organization could amend the slide for internal examples – the incident example provided with costs and speaker note details is available on Wikipedia.
